LCK Champions 2026 Finals Media Day: T1, Gen.G and Hanwha Life Esports Reveal Specific Threats Ahead of Grand Final

During the pre-tournament media day at CHZZK LoL Park in Jonggak for the 2026 LCK Champions Korea Finals, T1, Gen.G Esports and Hanwha Life Esports gathered to provide fans with deep insights into their mindsets and game approaches. As reported, the teams sent their head coaches and star players to face the press, and every participant named specific opponents as genuine threats heading into the finals. None appeared particularly confident about facing each other in the championship series. On Gen.G, he said: "All of their players organically show a lot of seasoned macro play, so we are keeping a close eye on that." Im listed Gumayusi and Zeus from Hanwha Life as key threats due to their wide champion pools, and cited Gen.G’s mid-jungle pairing as something his players will have to work extra hard to prepare for.
